Product Warranty
All Kiwi Wool products are covered against manufacturing defects
1. Typically Covered (Manufacturing Defects):
- Seam Slippage: Stitches coming loose or popping along the edges or quilting lines.
- Fabric Defects: Pilling, snagging, or tearing of the outer fabric that occurs without use.
2. Typically Not Covered (Normal Wear and Tear):
- Personal Preference: Feelings that the item is too firm, too soft, too heavy, or has an odor (natural scent of animal fibers).
- Wear and Tear: Natural matting or loss of loft after years of use.
- Customer Damage: Snags, tears, stains, or shrinkage/clumping caused by improper machine washing.
